The Goffe St Armory is situated on Goffe Street in the Dixwell Neighborhood. Built between 1928-1930 to house the Connecticut National Guard, today, the 155,000 sq. ft. building remains unused. It is crucial for the City of New Haven and its residents to preserve the armory as both a historic landmark and a building of underutilized potential.
